The Honda Prelude remains virtually unchanged from the previous model year. The Honda Prelude is available in two models; the Base, and the sportier Type SH. An Active Torque Transfer System (ATTS), a rear spoiler, and a leather shift knob are the additional features on the Prelude Type SH. The only option is a four-speed automatic transmission with sequential sportshift, which is only available on the base model. The 2.2L VTEC engine drops to 195-hp with the optional automatic transmission. Other features include a double-wishbone suspension and variable-assist power rack and pinion steering. Lastly, the Honda Prelude comes with many standard amenities: power doors and windows, cruise control, air conditioning, and power moonroof.
